Health and Safety

• Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
• Be cautious around aircraft and other displays that may have exposed sharp corners and edges that may damage skin.
• Air shows are large events and guests must cover great distances to see all of the show. Plan to walk a great deal throughout the day and wear comfortable shoes.
• Do not hesitate to seek help, such as water, fruit juice, a short stay in a cool shelter, or a ride back to your personal vehicle.
• Debris can be extremely hazardous to performers and spectators. Please make sure that all trash is deposited in trash receptacles to maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone.
• All carried items are subject to search. Bring only the items necessary for your day.

Parking and Transportation

• Parking is $10 per vehicle.
• As with any major event, increased traffic is anticipated. Advance tickets include free transportation via Regional Transit light retail and bus lines. A special transfer bus line is available to take light rail passengers onto the show grounds from the Mather/Mills light rail station. Free bicycle valet parking is available on show grounds.

General

• Performer schedules are not be published due to last minute security, weather and operational decisions. Arrive early to ensure that you do not miss one exciting act. All acts are scheduled for both days of the show.
• ATMs are available on the show grounds for your convenience.
